FBRHR board meetings are now held quarterly--
March, June, September, and December--
and are open to the public. Locations may vary,
but generally meetings are held at 6 p.m.
the third Thursday of the month in Reno.

Support, Join, Get Involved!
As a nonprofit member organization, we rely on your contributions to continue to provide tours, events, visitor information, and other services. Individual giving comprised nearly 75% of all charitable giving in 2007, compared to 38% from foundations and 16% from corporations. We have developed several different ways for interested people to provide support and insure our success.
1) Become a Member - This is a great way to show your support and to get involved. Members will receive our biannual newsletter, regular monthly email updates, and other benefits like discounts and gifts. We encourage you to join at whichever level you can best afford. 2) Make a donation – We hope you will consider making a tax-deductible donation to the Friends of Black Rock High Rock. Your donation may be of any size, and all contributions are welcome and crucial to our success. You may make your tax-deductible donation Or, you mail your donation check to the address above. 3) Volunteer – While your financial support is very important to the success of Friends of Black Rock High Rock, it is also important to get involved and help out in one of our volunteer projects. We have many different opportunities which range from physically challenging to reasonably laid back. Getting out into the Black Rock Desert area is very rewarding, and there are opportunities to see to places you might not have seen before, to meet new people and learn new things.
